God’s word is alive and it should be embodied in our lives. The purpose of this study is to give an introduction to evangelization through the narrative of the Acts of the Apostles. We have determined three areas of introduction that can be gathered from Acts: First, evangelization requires some foundational principles. Second, evangelization is strategic in nature. Finally, the Acts of the Apostles reveals practical ways to evangelize that we can put to use in our own life.

Stop by The Ministry this Thursday! There will have pasta for dinner. Following dinner, join us for the first ever StoutCatholic Olympic games. We will have a multi-round, guys vs. girls competition with trivia, Minute-to-Win-It and more. It's sure to be a fun and competitive evening!

Imagine this: you’re walking down the sidewalk on campus, and you run into one of your friends. You ask, “how are you?” and your friend says that one of his family friends passed away last week, and he’s taking the loss really hard. You express your condolences, and he asks if you’d be able to pray for him. Of course you would. But what if you took this request a step further, and prayed with your friend in that moment?

There’s a unique beauty and intimacy that comes from two people praying out loud together in person. Join us this Thursday to dive into intercessory prayer and learn how to pray aloud with others. We'll also have a quick recap of the spring break trip after dinner!

Join us for the Mass of the Lord’s Supper on Holy Thursday, when the church marks the institution of the Eucharist and the washing of feet. After Mass, the priest removes the consecrated bread from the church to a chapel of repose where we watch and pray with Jesus as in the Garden of Gethsemane. 

Please note that there will be no dinner at The Ministry, and we will meet directly at St. Joseph's for Mass.

With God, we are capable of so much more than we think, and God is constantly trying to open our eyes to the amazing possibilities that he has enfolded in our being. The saints continue this work inspiring us to bold action with the example of their lives.
